We collected all available structures and models to be able to analyze them and compare them to already existing structural knowledge. In this webinar we will introduce how the platform can be used in such collaborative work, highlighting, on the way, the novelties introduced since last year’s BioIT World Award. You will also get a sneak peek of two brand new search methods that will be released this spring - the interaction-based search and the sub-pocket similarity search.
